Tony Zobro
Tony founded ETP Management with a simple goal: provide quality housing and responsive service to residents across Michigan. With more than a decade of experience in multifamily real estate, he oversees property operations, long-term planning, and continuous improvements throughout the portfolio.
Tony believes that well-maintained communities, clear communication, and accountable management create a better living experience for residents and stronger communities overall.
LeaH Panagopoulos
Leah brings over 20 years of multifamily property management experience to her role as Director of Operations at ETP Management. Her career spans the full operational spectrum — from affordable housing compliance and lease-ups to asset management, team development, and portfolio-wide financial performance.
Prior to joining ETP Management, Leah held senior leadership roles at some of Michigan's most recognized property management firms. As Senior Area Director at DTN Management, she led multiple Class A lease-ups to stabilization in under 12 months, drove a 15% increase in NOI through strategic asset management, and built mentorship programs that improved employee retention by 60%. Her earlier work as Regional Manager at Gillespie Group and Director of Property Management at Curator further cemented her reputation for building high-performing teams, developing scalable SOPs, and improving operational efficiency across complex portfolios.
She has served twice as President of the Property Management Association of Mid-Michigan, demonstrating her commitment to the broader industry.
